Our enrollment process
We've designed our enrollment process to be straightforward, ensuring a smooth transition for your family into the Farmer in the Dell community. Here's a step-by-step guide from your first inquiry to your child's first day.
Initial contact and tour
Begin by completing our "Childcare Inquiry" form. Once submitted, we'll schedule a tour for you to experience our child-friendly space firsthand and see where the magic happens.
Application and acceptance
Review our "Farmer In The Dell Childcare, LLC Application for Child Care" packet. Our team is available to answer any questions. Once accepted, you'll proceed to the final enrollment steps.
Final enrollment and first day
Complete the "Farmer In The Dell Childcare, LLC Enrollment Packet." Once all forms are in, your child is ready to join us and embark on their journey of discovery and fun.
Important information for families
To ensure a smooth enrollment, please be aware of the following essential requirements and provisions. We prioritize the safety and well-being of every child in our care.
Required documentation
All children must be vaccinated, and parents must provide proof before the child can start. Additionally, any legal documents related to custodial matters (e.g., divorce order, adoption, guardianship, or parental rights and responsibilities documents signed by a judge) must be provided before enrollment.
Parent responsibilities and daily care
Parents are responsible for providing weather-appropriate clothing, shoes/boots, outerwear for daily outdoor play (rain or shine), and at least two full changes of clothing. Please also provide age-and stage-appropriate diapers, pull-ups, or training pants. We will gladly assist with potty training when your child is ready. Always ensure we have up-to-date contact information for emergencies. We require care to be requested within our published schedule, and all enrollment forms must be thoroughly completed and signed. Acknowledgment and agreement to the terms in the Farmer In The Dell Childcare, LLC Parent Handbook and other relevant documents are also required.
